For sale is a share package in a mineral water production company, founded in 1995, in the south-west of
Poland. Aqua Cristal Sp.z o.o pany is the owner of the assets which consist of several sources and the
bottling permit for 2.1 billion liters of premium quality mineral water, with a current production license for 30
years to be prolonged after 2049.

The company bottles currently for the water cooler market, filling 5 gallon bottles (18.9 L). The bottling
production equipment is from Universal Aqua Technologies USA, model Babyworks 300.

For sale are the shares in the company which owns 140000 m2 (14 hectare) of building and agricultural
plots of land , several buildings and houses, the mineral water spring, transport and production machines,
and office premises, all owned by the company.

We are in search of a strategic partner to expand our production facility and to move with production into
new products in the beverage industry. The current owner is looking for an investment partner and prefers
to work on a joint venture basis.

The company`s premises are located in South-West Poland in an ecologically green area, bordering the
Buki Sudeckie Reserve and Katzbach Mountains (Kaczawskie Mountains), which in the south border the
Giant Mountains with their highest peak of 1603m.
